Nobilo Finance is a brokerage sourcing finance for your business or personal needs.
Once we take your application and review your details we will go to whichever lender on our panel will provide you with the best rate, terms and conditions for your situation. Our CRM integrated software helps determine which lender’s meet your affordability requirements as well as our brokers taking into account your personal needs. Looking to settle early? Make lump sum payments, trade in during the term of your loan – all of this helps us place you with an appropriate provider.
We try to understand your position as accurately as possible. Since every lender is different, it’s not just about the interest rate. One may have slightly lower interest rates, but the account management fees mean they actually cost you more over time depending on your loan amount. Alternatively you may be interested in paying your loan off early, in which case we place you with a financier that has the lowest early settlement fees starting from only $7. We are here to help and work to make the process as easy as possible.
The more information we have the more we can help you! If you have already been to other lenders and offered certain rates we can be 100% honest and open about whether or not they can be beaten. The purpose of our business is to add value to you through honesty and efficiency.

Director
Sam Nobilo has a varied history starting with 4 and a half years in the Royal New Zealand Navy as an Anti-Submarine Aircraft Controller. This gave him the experience needed to work fast, efficiently and accurately. After leaving the Navy he spent the next few years studying and working for another finance broker. Sam has a passion for finance and helping clients, stemming from his own love of responsible lending and hearing of the joy a new asset or working capital can bring to you. Our purpose is to find you lending that suits your needs, is affordable and will add value to your day to day life. While not working Sam can be found playing badminton, fishing and trying to keep up with his toddler and Border Collie.

Adele is the cornerstone of our administrative team at Nobilo Finance, expertly managing the needs of our brokers, director, and overall operations. As the welcoming voice on the phone, she efficiently handles settlement letters, statements of accounts, and all post-settlement support, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Adele’s attention to detail enables our brokers to concentrate on those quick approvals for clients. Outside the office Adele enjoys fishing, travelling, cooking and enjoying quality time with her family.

Laura is a standout mortgage broker at Nobilo Finance, driving our growth with her exceptional attention to detail and client-focused approach. Her deep understanding of banking processes and unwavering commitment to meeting client needs ensures that each transaction is handled with precision and care. Laura values long-term client relationships and works tirelessly to secure the best outcomes, regardless of the bank or lender. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, socializing, and exploring new destinations through travel.
Caitlin
Asset Finance Broker
Caitlin has recently completed her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Auckland with a keen focus on Finance and Business Analytics, which she is now shifting to help Nobilo Finance's clients with their financial needs. She enjoys helping others and her drive to excel makes her a valuable asset to our team. Caitlin brings both professionalism and enthusiasm to every project, supporting clients in every way they need to ensure their wants and needs are met. Her passion for helping other stems from all parts of her life and she seeks every chance she can guarantee a client is happy with her service. Outside of work, you would find Caitlin spending down time with friends and family, jamming out on multiple musical instruments, or diving into a new book.

Get Approval
We will review your loan on the same day and process your application if received before midday. Providing there are no issues, approval may be granted within an hour.
Mortgages and commercial lending take longer to process due to the additional information and assessment required by banks.

Funds Transfer!
Once you have confirmed that you wish to proceed, we will finalise your documents and pay the vendor. Almost all loans can now be completed 100% online and electronically with no physical printing, signing or witnessing of documents.
