Whilst the minimum requirement is a level 5 certificate, Our director Sam also has his Bachelor Of Business Studies Majoring In Property. In addition to being a property investor since he purchased his first investment property at the age of 21 while serving in the Royal New Zealand Navy. With a growing portfolio of 5 properties as of 2021, he knows the process, risks and strategies to grow a retirement plan.

Through A Major Banks Commercial Policy We Raised 65% Of The Loan As A Mortgage Over 15 Years And The Remaining 35% As An Unsecured Business Loan Over 5 Years.
